(Dundee, NY) Dayton Cote returned to the Black Rock Speedway with a lot of changes made to the #49 Ford Mustang. Cote started 5th in the 10 lap feature event and on lap 2 went to the outside looking for 2nd place. With no understanding still to this day, another driver turned into the front of Cote's car forcing him to check up which sent both cars off the bank in turn 3. Cote came back and raced 2 laps with an overheating problem. When the caution came out, Cote went pit side. With the help of Josh Parker, Dennis Cote was able to clean the grill, coolthe car down and fix it. Cote went back on the track just in time to take the green flag. Cote restarted 9th and with in 4 lap he drove through the field to finish 5th.
This Friday, August 29th it is a 10 lap race for the Bandits division at the Black Rock Speedway.
